Produse ale firmei germane &lt;a href="http://www.shan-shi.com/"&gt;Shan Shi&lt;/a&gt;, gasim urmatoarele combinatii: Japanese Teriyaki, Thai  Red Curry si Chinese Sweet and Sour. Multi ani eu si prietenii ne-am intrebat ce condimente foloseste bucatarul turc de iese asa buna. Am aflat in vizita la Istanbul (unde culmea, n-am gasit ciorba de linte asa buna ca la Timisoara): secretul este cimbrisorul. Identificasem menta pana atunci, dar nicidecum cimbrisorul.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Si pentru ca era atat de buna, duceam toti prietenii sa deguste. Asa am dus o prietena din Maramures sa vada ce bunatate de ciorba turceasca se poate consuma la Timisoara. Si se pune fata si ia vreo doua linguri (noi asteptand reactia cu sufletul la gura) si zice:&lt;br /&gt;-- Ah, pai asta e ciorba de bob. Faceau si bunicii mei din Maramures.&lt;br /&gt;Nicicand n-am vazut niste fete mai dezumflate.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dar cum lucrurile bune nu dureaza la nesfarsit, si calitatea ciorbei de linte a inceput sa scada dupa ani de zile de tinut stacheta sus. Se pare ca din cauza problemelor financiare ale localului, se mai umbla la ciorba si nu numai.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Iacata asadar si laudata ciorba:&lt;br /&gt;- o cana de linte rosie: lintea rosie nu trebuie tinuta la inmuiat pentru ca fierbe repede (ce bine).&lt;br /&gt;- o ceapa&lt;br /&gt;- un morcov&lt;br /&gt;- o lingura de pasta de ardei rosu (kırmızı biber salçası). Se poate inlocui cu boia daca nu aveti&lt;br /&gt;- 5-6 cani de apa, in functie de cat de groasa vreti sa iasa crema&lt;br /&gt;- cimbrisor (preferabil proaspat) si menta (poate fi si uscata), cate o lingurita din fiecare &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-yzY-khEL2v4/Tms8iWfVjkI/AAAAAAAAFHc/N4XvrU1LMU4/s1600/DSC_0738.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left:1em; margin-right:1em"&gt;&lt;img border="0" height="247" width="320" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-yzY-khEL2v4/Tms8iWfVjkI/AAAAAAAAFHc/N4XvrU1LMU4/s320/DSC_0738.JPG" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Se baga blenderul cu picior in oala si se paseaza ciorba. Se sareaza si se adauga condimentele. Se serveste cu lamaie, ceapa si ardei iute.
